THE CHALLENGE
In a crowded clean skincare market, many brands look the part but fall short on what’s inside. Karina, Ssana’s founder, wanted to change that creating a brand that truly honors the earth and carries intention in every drop. Her vision consisted of formulas that are genuinely clean, enriched through mindful rituals, and turn daily skincare into a sensory, conscious experience. Our challenge was to shape an identity that felt artisanal without clichés, sophisticated, fresh, and full of soul.
The solution
We built from Ssana’s core: pure ingredients, deep respect for nature, and a blend of science, tradition, and energy. The visual identity uses a warm, earthy palette, distinctive type, and a design system that feels both grounded and refined. For the logo, we collaborated with illustrator Shannon Lujan, whose nature-inspired style brought the concept of organic radiance to life, merging botanical beauty with the strength of the sun.
The OUTCOME
Ssana now stands as more than a skincare brand. It’s an authentic experience that invites connection with the earth and with yourself. Every detail, from packaging to communication, reflects the same care and intention behind the products: to nurture, protect, and celebrate natural beauty.
